1: Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
1.1 Introduction
Welcome to Ninja VPN, a VPN service provided by Ninja VPN Ltd., a company registered in the British Virgin Islands under Registration ID 2161939. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our VPN services provided through the Android application "Ninja VPN" (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our services and uninstall the App.
1.2 Future Expansion
Currently, Ninja VPN services are only available through our Android app. However, we plan to expand to additional platforms, including iOS, Windows, and web browser extensions. When these services become available, these Terms may be updated to reflect their inclusion.
1.3 Changes to the Terms
Ninja VPN Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users via an in-app notification. Your continued use of Ninja VPN after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 User Consent & Agreement
Upon launching the Ninja VPN App for the first time, you will be presented with a full-screen consent page. This page provides access to both our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By selecting “Accept & Continue,” you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use Ninja VPN and may uninstall the App.
2: Eligibility
2.1 Minimum Age Requirement
To use Ninja VPN, you must be at least 13 years old. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use Ninja VPN.
2.2 Geographic Availability
Ninja VPN imposes no geographical restrictions on who can access our services. Users from any country may use the App, subject to their local laws and regulations. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that using a VPN service is legal in their jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Compliance & Responsibility
By using Ninja VPN, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are legally permitted to use VPN services in your country.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
- Ninja VPN Ltd. does not actively monitor, enforce, or block access to its services based on regional restrictions. However, you understand that it is solely your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Ninja VPN Ltd. is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the use of our services in regions where VPN usage is restricted or prohibited.
3: User Rights & Restrictions
3.1 General User Rights
All users of Ninja VPN have the right to:
- Securely connect to VPN servers with a single tap.
- Enjoy unrestricted speed and no data limits while using the service.
- Access multiple VPN servers available in the app.
- Use Ninja VPN without account registration and without submitting personal data.
Users may choose between two service modes: Free Mode and Premium Mode.
3.2 Free Mode Users
Users accessing Ninja VPN for free are subject to the following conditions:
Ad-Supported Access: Free users may be required to watch a short advertisement before connecting to a VPN server. However, in some cases, they may be allowed to connect without an ad, as determined programmatically by the app.
Server Access: Free users can connect to most available VPN servers, except for those categorized as premium servers, which require a subscription.
Session-Based Time Restriction:
- Each VPN session for free users may be limited to a maximum of 6 hours to prevent misuse of server resources.
- Once a session reaches the time limit, the VPN connection will automatically disconnect due to the imposed session restriction. Users can immediately reconnect to start a new session.
- There is no lifetime limit on the number of sessions a free user can initiate.
Abuse Prevention:
- If a user repeatedly consumes an extreme amount of data in a short period, a temporary session-based restriction may also be imposed.
- This restriction is solely meant to ensure fair usage and server stability for all users.
3.3 Premium Mode Users
Users who upgrade to Premium Mode by purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription receive the following benefits:
- Ad-Free Experience: Premium users will never be required to watch ads.
- Full Server Access: Premium users can access both free and premium servers without restrictions.
- No Session-Based Time Restriction: Unlike free users, premium users can remain connected indefinitely without automatic session limits.
3.4 General Restrictions for All Users
Ninja VPN strictly follows a no-log policy, which is a fundamental feature of our service. We do not monitor, track, or log any user activity while using our VPN. As a result, it is entirely the user's responsibility to refrain from engaging in the following restricted activities:
- Engaging in illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, cybercrime, fraud, or identity theft.
- Performing any network attacks such as DDoS, spamming, or unauthorized access attempts.
- Using Ninja VPN for malicious purposes, including bypassing security measures, engaging in piracy, or violating intellectual property rights.
- Reselling or redistributing Ninja VPN services without authorization.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Ninja VPN app, such as attempting to bypass ads, tampering with app restrictions, or using automation tools to manipulate VPN connections.
Any violation of these restrictions may result in service suspension without prior notice, at Ninja VPN Ltd.'s sole discretion.
4: Account Registration & Security
4.1 No Account Registration Required
Ninja VPN is a completely account-less service. Users are not required to sign up, create an account, or provide personal information such as:
- Email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Payment details (for free users)
- Any form of personally identifiable information (PII)
We do not collect, store, or track user information, ensuring complete anonymity when using Ninja VPN.
4.2 Anonymous Device-Based Identifier
To ensure service functionality, prevent fraud, and maintain fair usage, Ninja VPN automatically generates an anonymous account for each device where the app is installed. This account is used solely for internal service operations and does not collect or store any personal data.
This anonymous account is created using an obfuscated "device and app combined installation ID", which:
- Cannot be reversed to reveal the actual device ID.
- Is not linked to sensitive user data such as IP addresses, MAC addresses, IMEI numbers, email addresses, or phone numbers.
- Does not allow tracking across different devices or identifying individual users.
4.3 Purpose of the Anonymous Account
This anonymous account system is used for the following reasons:
- Ad-Free Trial Period: When a new user installs Ninja VPN, they receive an initial ad-free period for a few weeks. Once this period expires, ads may be required before connecting to VPN services.
- Usage-Based Session Limits: To prevent abuse of server resources, we use this anonymous identifier to determine how much data a device has used while connected to Ninja VPN. This enables us to impose session-based time restrictions for free users (as described in Section 3.2).
- Fraud Prevention & Service Stability: Helps detect and prevent fraudulent activity, such as mass exploitation of free servers or repeated excessive data consumption.
This anonymous system ensures that users remain private and untraceable while still allowing Ninja VPN to function properly.
4.4 Data Privacy & Security
- Ninja VPN does not track, log, or store any user browsing activity or connection logs.
- The anonymous device identifier is not shared with third parties and is only used internally to manage fair usage policies.
- We do not associate the anonymous identifier with any real-world identity, personal account, or sensitive information.
By using obfuscated, non-reversible identifiers, Ninja VPN maintains a strict no-log policy while protecting server integrity.
5: Privacy & Data Handling
5.1 No-Log Policy & Data Collection
Ninja VPN is built on the principle of user privacy and anonymity. We operate under a strict no-log policy, which means:
- We do not collect, monitor, or store any information regarding our users'
VPN activity,
including:
- Browsing history, online activities, DNS queries, or accessed websites.
- Connection timestamps, session durations, or assigned VPN IP addresses.
- We do not track or log users’ real IP addresses, MAC addresses, device IMEI numbers, or any other sensitive hardware identifiers.
- Ninja VPN does not require users to create an account, provide personal information, or submit email addresses or phone numbers to use the service.
Because we do not store any user activity or connection logs, we have no data to share with any third party, including advertisers, government entities, or law enforcement agencies.
5.2 Minimal & Temporary Data Storage for Fair Usage Enforcement
To prevent misuse and ensure service quality, Ninja VPN temporarily processes minimal session-related metadata, which includes:
- Total amount of data transferred during a VPN session.
- Total session duration (time spent connected to the VPN).
How This Data Is Processed
- This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information (such as IP addresses, device identifiers, or account details).
- It is associated only with an anonymous, obfuscated installation ID, which:
- Cannot be reverse-engineered to reveal any real device identifier.
- Is not tied to VPN activity logs or user metadata.
- This temporary metadata is automatically erased within 7 days.
The sole purpose of processing this data is to:
- Identify whether a user is new or returning (to offer an ad-free trial period).
- Monitor how much data and time a VPN session consumes (to apply fair-usage restrictions for free users).
- Prevent abuse of server resources, ensuring a stable and secure network for all users.
This data is never used for profiling, tracking, or monetization.
5.3 Subscription Verification for Premium Users
Premium users who purchase a monthly or yearly subscription via Google Play Store can access premium servers. To validate premium access:
- The Ninja VPN app and backend rely on a subscription token generated by Google Play Services.
- This token is used exclusively for real-time verification of premium status.
- The token is not linked to any VPN session, user identity, or browsing activity.
- Once verification is completed, the request is immediately disposed of and never stored or logged.
This ensures that even premium users remain completely anonymous, with no permanent data retention beyond the verification process.
5.4 No Data Sharing with Third Parties or Government Authorities
Ninja VPN Ltd. is a privacy-focused company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), a jurisdiction with no mandatory data retention laws. Under BVI regulations:
- VPN providers are not required to store logs of user activity, ensuring maximum privacy protection.
- We do not collect or retain any user activity data, meaning we cannot provide any information that we do not have.
- Since Ninja VPN does not log any connection timestamps, browsing activity, IP addresses, or metadata, we are unable to comply with requests for such data from third parties, law enforcement, or government agencies.
Any request for user data will result in nothing to provide, as we simply do not store identifiable user logs.
5.5 User Responsibility
While Ninja VPN ensures high levels of privacy and security, it is the user’s responsibility to ensure that their use of the service complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Users are solely responsible for their own online behavior and activities while using Ninja VPN.
6: Subscription, Billing & Refunds
6.1 Subscription Plans & Payments
Users can upgrade to Ninja VPN Premium by subscribing to one of our affordable monthly or yearly plans. Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store’s in-app purchase system, allowing users to:
- Upgrade to Premium directly within the Android app.
- Use any payment method supported by Google Play in their country.
- Enjoy an ad-free experience and access to premium VPN servers.
Currently, Ninja VPN is only available on Android. Users can only activate their subscription within the Android app.
6.2 Future Cross-Platform Subscription Support
Ninja VPN plans to expand to multiple platforms in the future, including iOS, Windows, Mac, Linux, routers, and browser extensions.
- Once additional platforms are launched, existing subscribers on Android will be able to use their Google Play subscription on multiple devices without requiring a separate purchase.
- Since Ninja VPN is an account-less service, we intend to implement a cryptographic key-based authentication system in the future, allowing users to securely access their subscription across multiple platforms without exposing personal data like email addresses.
Until these systems are implemented, premium subscriptions remain valid only on Android devices.
6.3 Billing & Subscription Management
- All subscription payments are processed by Google Play Store, and Ninja VPN does not directly handle payments or store billing details.
- Users can manage their subscriptions via the Google Play Store Subscription settings.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
To cancel an active subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Go to Subscriptions.
- Select Ninja VPN and choose Cancel Subscription.
6.4 Refund Policy
Since billing is managed by Google Play, refund requests must follow Google Play’s refund policies:
- Automatic Refunds: Google typically allows users to request a full refund within 48 hours of purchasing a subscription, without requiring further review.
- Manual Refund Requests: If a refund is not granted automatically by Google Play, users may submit a refund request to Ninja VPN Ltd. by emailing [email protected] with their Google Play Order ID.
Refund Approval Criteria
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Ninja VPN Ltd. reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on:
- The time elapsed since the purchase.
- The reason for requesting a refund.
- Whether the subscription has been actively used.
- Partial or full refunds may be granted at Ninja VPN Ltd.'s sole discretion.
All refund decisions made by Google Play Store or Ninja VPN Ltd. are final.
7: Prohibited Activities
Ninja VPN is committed to providing a secure, private, and unrestricted online experience for all users. While we do not monitor or log user activity, the use of our services must adhere to ethical, legal, and industry-standard guidelines. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
By using Ninja VPN, you agree NOT to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities, including but not limited to the following:
7.1 Illegal or Unauthorized Activities
Users must not use Ninja VPN to engage in any activities that violate local, national, or international laws, including:
- Cybercrime & Fraud: Unauthorized access to systems, data breaches, identity theft, phishing, financial fraud, or impersonation.
- Hacking & Exploitation: Gaining unauthorized access to networks, devices, or services; distributing malware, spyware, or ransomware.
- Child Exploitation & Abuse Materials: Accessing, sharing, or distributing child sexual abuse materials (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation content.
- Human Trafficking & Exploitation: Engaging in or facilitating illegal trafficking, exploitation, or related activities.
7.2 Network Abuse & Disruptive Activities
Users must not engage in activities that disrupt, degrade, or negatively impact Ninja VPN’s services or third-party networks, including:
- Denial-of-Service (DoS) & Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) Attacks: Using Ninja VPN to launch, participate in, or facilitate DoS/DDoS attacks against any system, individual, or service.
- Spamming & Unsolicited Communications: Sending bulk spam emails, phishing attempts, SMS spam, or other forms of unsolicited digital communication.
- Unauthorized Port Scanning & Probing: Conducting network reconnaissance, scanning, or vulnerability exploitation of other systems without consent.
- Botnets & Automation Abuse: Operating or controlling botnets, command-and-control (C2) servers, or automating malicious scripts through our network.
7.3 Intellectual Property Violations
Ninja VPN must not be used for:
- Copyright & Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized sharing, downloading, or distribution of copyrighted content, including movies, music, software, and books.
- Piracy & Digital Rights Management (DRM) Circumvention: Engaging in torrenting or streaming pirated content that infringes upon copyright holders' rights.
- Counterfeit Goods & Fraudulent Transactions: Selling, distributing, or facilitating counterfeit products, fake software licenses, or deceptive financial activities.
7.4 Unlawful or Abusive Content Distribution
Users must not use Ninja VPN to create, distribute, or promote:
- Hate Speech & Violence: Content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or encourages discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Harassment & Cyberbullying: Engaging in targeted harassment, stalking, or threats against individuals or groups.
- Revenge Porn & Non-Consensual Distribution: Sharing explicit or intimate content of individuals without their consent.
7.5 Bypassing Restrictions & Misuse of VPN Services
While Ninja VPN is designed to provide secure and unrestricted access, the following misuse is strictly prohibited:
- Using Ninja VPN to bypass country-wide bans on VPNs where their use is explicitly illegal.
- Circumventing government-imposed internet censorship where it is against local laws.
- Excessive consumption of server resources (e.g., using automation to remain continuously connected, overwhelming servers with excessive bandwidth).
- Engaging in fraudulent activities such as reselling Ninja VPN services without authorization.
- Tampering with the Ninja VPN app or servers to manipulate ads, bypass restrictions, or attempt unauthorized access.
7.6 No Liability for User Actions
- Ninja VPN does not monitor or log user activity and has no control over how users choose to utilize the service.
- Users are solely responsible for their actions, and Ninja VPN assumes no liability for any consequences resulting from prohibited activities.
- If Ninja VPN Ltd. receives credible reports of abuse, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including restricting access, disabling VPN connections, or terminating accounts (for premium users).
8: Service Availability & Limitations
Ninja VPN is designed to provide secure, fast, and reliable VPN services, but like any online service, its availability may be subject to certain limitations. By using Ninja VPN, users acknowledge that service uptime is not guaranteed, and certain restrictions may apply.
8.1 Service Availability & Uptime
- Ninja VPN strives to maintain continuous uptime and accessibility for all users.
- While we aim for high availability, occasional downtime or maintenance
periods
may occur due to:
- Server maintenance and upgrades.
- Unexpected technical issues or failures.
- Network congestion or external disruptions (e.g., internet service provider (ISP) blocks, government-imposed restrictions).
- Ninja VPN Ltd. is not liable for any disruptions, slow speeds, or inability to access services due to factors beyond our control.
8.2 Limitations for Free Users
Free users may experience the following limitations:
- Access to a limited number of VPN servers (premium servers are restricted).
- Session-based time restrictions (as outlined in Section 3.2).
- Ad-supported access, where the app programmatically decides when to display ads before connecting to VPN servers.
- Fair usage enforcement, where users consuming excessive data in short periods may face temporary session restrictions to prevent abuse.
These limitations help ensure fair and stable access for all users.
8.3 Premium User Benefits & Limitations
Premium users enjoy the following benefits:
- Access to all VPN servers, including premium locations.
- No ads during VPN usage.
- No session-based time restrictions.
However, premium users may still be affected by:
- Server downtime, maintenance, or unexpected technical failures.
- Local or national network restrictions imposed by ISPs or governments.
- Device or platform compatibility issues, as Ninja VPN currently supports Android only.
8.4 Cross-Platform Availability in the Future
- As of now, Ninja VPN is exclusively available for Android devices.
- In future expansions (e.g., iOS, Windows, macOS, routers, web extensions), existing Google Play subscriptions will remain valid across new platforms.
- Ninja VPN plans to implement a private and secure cryptographic key-based authentication system for seamless cross-platform subscription validation without requiring personal information.
Until cross-platform support is fully implemented, premium subscriptions are limited to Android devices only.
8.5 No Warranty & Limitation of Liability
- Ninja VPN is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without express or implied warranties.
- While we strive to ensure uninterrupted, reliable, and secure VPN services,
users acknowledge
that:
- Unexpected downtime, technical issues, or maintenance may occur.
- VPN connectivity and performance may be affected by third-party factors, such as ISP interference or network restrictions.
- No VPN service, including Ninja VPN, can guarantee absolute security or 100% error-free operation under all circumstances. However, we implement strong security protocols to protect user data and privacy to the highest industry standards.
- Ninja VPN Ltd. is not liable for indirect damages, including data loss, connectivity failures, or inability to access certain websites or services.
9: Termination & Suspension
Ninja VPN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to our services under specific circumstances. While we strive to provide an open and unrestricted VPN experience, we must enforce certain policies to protect the integrity of our network, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable industry standards.
9.1 Grounds for Termination or Suspension
Your access to Ninja VPN services may be suspended or terminated without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have:
- Violated the Terms of Service – Engaging in prohibited activities outlined in Section 7, such as illegal activities, hacking, spamming, or network abuse.
- Abused Free Services – Attempting to circumvent fair-usage restrictions, manipulate advertisements, or exploit server resources beyond reasonable limits.
- Attempted Unauthorized Access – Engaging in reverse engineering, modifying, tampering with, or disrupting the Ninja VPN app or infrastructure.
- Used the Service for Criminal or Malicious Purposes – Involvement in cybercrime, fraud, unauthorized data access, or any other illegal activities.
- Violated Third-Party Rights – Engaging in copyright infringement, intellectual property violations, or fraudulent activities using our VPN network.
- Used the Service in a Banned Region – Attempting to bypass country-wide VPN bans in jurisdictions where VPN usage is explicitly illegal.
- Engaged in Fraudulent Subscription Activities – Using stolen credit cards, chargeback fraud, or unauthorized reselling of Ninja VPN services.
- Refused to Comply with Fair Usage Policies – If a user persistently violates fair-use limits, affecting the performance and stability of the VPN network.
9.2 Consequences of Termination or Suspension
Depending on the nature of the violation, Ninja VPN Ltd. may take any of the following actions:
- Temporary Suspension – Users may be temporarily restricted from accessing VPN servers if abuse or excessive usage is detected.
- Permanent Termination – Severe violations may result in permanent denial of service, where the user is blocked from accessing Ninja VPN indefinitely.
- Premium Subscription Cancellation – If a premium user is found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities, their subscription may be canceled without refund at Ninja VPN Ltd.’s discretion.
- Legal Action & Cooperation with Authorities – While Ninja VPN does not store logs or user activity data, we may comply with valid legal requests only if legally obligated under British Virgin Islands (BVI) laws, where no mandatory data retention laws exist.
9.3 Appeal & Account Reinstatement
If a user believes their access was wrongfully suspended or terminated, they may contact Ninja VPN Support at [email protected] with relevant details.
- Appeals will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- If the suspension was due to accidental flagging or misunderstanding, access may be reinstated.
- Ninja VPN Ltd. reserves the right to deny reinstatement requests at its sole discretion.
9.4 No Liability for Termination
- Ninja VPN Ltd. is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the suspension or termination of services.
- Premium users are not entitled to refunds for terminations resulting from ToS violations, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
10: Disclaimers & Liability Limitations
Ninja VPN Ltd. provides its services under industry-standard legal protections. While we strive to offer a secure, reliable, and private VPN experience, users acknowledge that no technology is infallible, and certain risks are inherent when using online services.
By using Ninja VPN, you accept the following disclaimers and liability limitations:
10.1 No Warranty & "As-Is" Service
- Ninja VPN is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without any express or implied warranties.
- While we make every effort to maintain high uptime, strong security, and fast
performance,
we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service at all times.
- Complete immunity from cyber threats, network disruptions, or security vulnerabilities.
- Unrestricted access to all websites, as certain platforms or ISPs may block VPN traffic.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their own security and compliance with applicable laws when using Ninja VPN.
10.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninja VPN Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including data loss, business disruption, financial losses, or reputational harm.
- Loss of access to online services, websites, or streaming platforms due to third-party actions (e.g., ISP blocks, website bans, or government-imposed restrictions).
- Damage caused by user negligence, including but not limited to:
- Failure to follow security best practices.
- Downloading malware while using the VPN.
- Misuse of VPN services for illegal or unethical purposes.
- Legal consequences arising from a user’s online activity, as Ninja VPN does not monitor or control user behavior.
Ninja VPN Ltd.’s total liability, in any event, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the VPN service in the last six (6) months prior to the claim.
10.3 No Responsibility for Third-Party Services
- Ninja VPN does not control or take responsibility for third-party services accessed via the VPN (e.g., websites, apps, streaming services).
- We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party services that actively block VPN traffic.
- Ninja VPN is not liable for any damages or restrictions caused by external
factors, including:
- Content providers restricting VPN access.
- ISPs throttling or interfering with VPN traffic.
- Third-party services collecting data outside of Ninja VPN’s control.
10.4 Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ninja VPN Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, legal actions, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms of Service.
- Use of Ninja VPN for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
- Any misuse or unauthorized access to Ninja VPN services.
Users assume full responsibility for their actions while using Ninja VPN.
10.5 Compliance with Local Laws
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Ninja VPN complies with local laws in their jurisdiction.
- Ninja VPN does not actively monitor or enforce regional compliance but reserves the right to terminate access if a user is found violating applicable laws.
11: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands ( BVI), without regard to conflict of law principles.
- By using Ninja VPN, you agree that any disputes or claims related to the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of BVI laws.
- Ninja VPN Ltd. is not required to comply with laws or legal requests from other jurisdictions, as BVI does not have mandatory data retention laws for VPN providers.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under BVI law, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve disputes amicably and encourage users to contact us first before pursuing legal action.
Informal Resolution
- If you have a dispute, you must first contact Ninja VPN Ltd. at [email protected] to seek a resolution.
- We will attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith within 30 days of receiving your request.
Binding Arbitration (If Required)
- If an issue cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in the British Virgin Islands, rather than in court.
- Arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and legally binding on both parties.

Exceptions to Arbitration
Ninja VPN Ltd. reserves the right to pursue legal action in the following cases:
- Fraudulent activity or violation of intellectual property rights.
- Legal claims affecting Ninja VPN Ltd.’s business operations or reputation.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
- Users agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against Ninja VPN Ltd.
- No arbitration or legal proceeding shall be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties involved.
11.4 Limitation Period for Claims
- Any dispute or claim against Ninja VPN Ltd. must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the event giving rise to the claim.

- App Updates on Google Play Store – When new versions of Ninja VPN are released, updated Terms will be made available in the app listing.

12.3 Effective Date of Changes
- Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.
- If a user does not agree with the changes, they must discontinue using Ninja VPN and uninstall the app.
